My holiday in Shanti Som was even more special than I imagined. I don’t think I can name one favorite element, as everything was so carefully designed from start to finish to be a perfect getaway from day-to-day life. The whole experience has encouraged me to continue traveling solo, as I felt very comfortable there being by myself. The location is beautiful and the programmes & members of staff are the best. Don't hesitate to book it, just go, you will not regret it!
I don’t have enough words to describe how joyful my stay at Shanti Som was. Yoga classes were the best I’ve ever had and I couldn’t get enough of them. Teachers are highly qualified and also kind and generous. It was my first experience as a solo traveler and thoroughly enjoyed it. The communal table allows everyone to be social and I made some great friends. Health and Fitness Travel always know where is best for me to go and I cannot thank you enough for organising it all for me at a good value price.
This is a wonderful place, truly exceptional! The Detox was perfect for me, neatly organised with great support from the staff. The health questionnaire and the pre-detox guide were very helpful to receive before my holiday and Health and Fitness Travel was great with making sure all was in place for me. The juices there were great and with so much yoga on tap I couldn’t have enjoyed myself more. All the spa treatments were more than fit for purpose and I can’t name anything to be improved. I like my solitude, but the group activities and the social table during meals for singles were a great way to make friends.
The staff is friendly and always around to help. Great location and it has a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind. The yoga classes were excellent and the instructors are very knowledgeable. As I don’t have a lot of time to shop around, I know I can book with Health and Fitness and be confident that I will get the exact holiday I want. With just a couple of phone calls everything is booked so I don't have to worry about anything else. The staff is very professional and always quick with their responses. I will continue to use Health and Fitness Travel for future bookings, you guys are great!
Shanti Som is absolutely lovely all round and the yoga classes are really wonderful! I cannot wait to go back, the Spa is really fantastic. Everyone in Health and Fitness Travel is very helpful and is by far the best option for this type of travel. A terrific experience from start to finish!
