Fantastic opportunity to be trained as a Mobile Wellness Travel Specialist and work from home or on the go. We're a bespoke luxury travel company and we are seeking sales travel specialists to make a real difference within our fast-growing and forward-thinking company.

We are looking for candidates with a high-level of client service, sales experience and ideally travel industry knowledge, a personal interest in health and fitness and most importantly a 'can do attitude' and in return we offer flexible working conditions and a generous revenue share model.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in creating tailor-made holidays and a drive to succeed in sales by delivering a high quality service. As a Mobile Wellness Travel Specialist you will be committed to providing exceptional client service and knowledge-based advice to a discerning base of health conscious travellers.
We are looking for someone who has strong sales skills, initiative, a good telephone manner and who can contribute to building a strong client loyalty. You will receive training and guidance but will also be required to hit the ground running & be a self-starter, using your initiative at all times. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of client service as well as liaising with suppliers. You will evaluate the client's needs and make suitable holiday recommendations following your discussions. Our Wellness Travel Specialists will be trained by our expert team, our suppliers and by experiencing the product personally; taking the initiative to develop your own product knowledge is essential.

- Database management and IT support
We take care of all the hard work
We'll take care of all the sales administration from creating quotes, arranging flights through to managing financials and creating documentation. Leaving you to build relationships, promote your expertise and able to make bookings from day one!
- We will provide you online solutions for email and telephony to allow you to work remotely
- On-going training and technical support
- Out of hours support, we’ll look after your clients when you are away
We’re looking for someone…
- With minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and ideally an existing client base or network
- Who is committed and dedicated to customer service, and genuinely enjoy talking to people and nurturing customer relationships
- Who is passionate about healthy living, travel and holistic well-being and wants to earn an income doing something they love while maintaining work/life balance
You’ll need…
- ABN, Sales Tax License number or equivalent
- Your own laptop and good call quality headset
- Reliable internet connection
- Min 3 years travel, health or fitness industry experience
- An existing database or capacity to generate your own leads
The fine print:
- No joining or on-going fees, all Mobile Wellness Travel Specialist’s work as independant contractors with no minimum contract term
- No set targets or KPI’s, when available we may provide leads however Mobile Wellness Travel Specialist’s will also need to generate their own enquiries
- Uncapped commission only basis, earn 5% on all enquiries provided and 10% on all self-generated bookings (excluding airfares)
- Access to familiarisation invitations and industry rates after 6 months
- Professional indemnity Insurance covered for 12 months for successful candidates* (Australia only)
