My Arbor’s restaurant is open from breakfast till noon and is highly flexible and accommodating to the needs of each customer. Whether you prefer a quick snack or a culinary feast, the expert chefs and front-house team will be at your service around the clock serving delectable cuisine. Combining traditional South Tyrolean food with a touch inspiration from not only the best dishes of Italy, but from all around the world, you can rest assured your senses are in for an adventure. 

Wine Cellar  

Each day, the wine cellar opens from 5:30pm onwards, and guests can choose from a fine selection of sophisticated flavours to enjoy with their evening meal. Wine connoisseurs are also on hand to offer suggestions, should they wish.
