INGREDIENTS 

20g Quinoa

30g French Bean

30g edamame

30g Red Bean

4g Goji Berry

10g Shallot

3g Dill

10g Frillice Lettuce

30g Mustard Dressing

 

METHOD

1. Cut the french beans, edamame, red beans

2. Slice the shallot and dill

3. Mix all the ingredients with mustard sauce and goji berries

4. Squeeze the block in the dish with sauce and top with 1 piece of dill
